Yoga

I currently offer a range of group classes online and in person, and am also thrilled to be able to offer one-to-one classes both in-person and online.

My classes flow organically and mindfully from pose to pose whether that is in the form of a gentle and nourishing restorative practice or a fun and challenging vinyasa class. My deep understanding and appreciation of anatomy and physiology and the impact yoga has on our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing informs everything I teach in class.

All levels vinyasa, fun, playful and with variations offered to take what you need from the class.

Sunday morning monthly Yoga, Chai & Chat 

10:00-12:00 Woodgreen Village Hall SP6 2AJ

The last Sunday of every month a two hour gathering featuring an all-levels nourishing flowing yoga class followed by time for a cup of tea or masala chai and snacks to enjoy whilst we have a catch up. During the colder months we will meet in Woodgreen Village Hall, and in the summer we will gather at my home in the New Forest.
